Project management coaching and PMP exam prep coaching for practitioners at every level. One-on-one and small group formats. Led by a practitioner with two decades of enterprise delivery, not a career coach reading from a playbook.
Whether you're preparing for the PMP exam, stepping into your first PMO leadership role, or navigating a career pivot into AI delivery, the coaching meets you where you are and takes you where you're going.
Most PM development is one-size-fits-all. A course with fixed content, fixed pacing, and no room for the questions that actually keep you stuck. Coaching at PPM University is built around your specific situation: your role, your gaps, your goals, and the real challenges you're facing at work this week.
This is high-touch, practitioner-led development. Not motivational talks. Not generic career advice. Practical, targeted coaching from someone who has led complex enterprise programs, built PMOs, and trained hundreds of PMs to pass the PMP exam and lead with confidence.
Personalized, one-on-one coaching for PMP exam candidates. Targeted help with scenario-based questions, study strategy, time management, and confidence building. A complement to the PMP60 course or a standalone option for candidates who want flexible, individualized support.
$199 per hour, or $599 for the full four-hour program. See the program and pricing.
For PMs at any level looking to grow their leadership, navigate a career transition, or step into a senior delivery or PMO leadership role. We work on the skills, positioning, and strategic thinking that get you to the next level.
For professionals stepping into project management for the first time. Build foundational skills, understand how to lead without authority, and develop the mindset that separates good PMs from great ones.
For senior PMs and PMO leaders navigating organizational complexity, executive stakeholders, and the shift from managing projects to leading a practice. Strategic thinking, influence, and governance design.
The PMP exam is scenario-based. Memorizing processes won't get you there. PMP exam prep coaching focuses on how PMI expects you to think, how to break down situational questions, and how to build the test-taking instincts that turn "I think I'm ready" into "I know I'm ready."
Use it alongside the PMP60 course for maximum support, or as a standalone option if you need flexible scheduling.
See PMP60 course →Most people preparing for the PMP already know the material. What stops them is the exam itself: long situational questions, answer choices that all sound reasonable, and limited time to sort them out. This program fixes that. We work through your practice results, find the patterns behind the questions you miss, and build the judgment the exam is testing.
We start by finding out where you actually stand. You bring your practice scores, I look at what you are missing and why, and we build a study plan around the real gaps instead of everything at once.
The exam rewards a specific mindset. Servant leadership, proactive communication, and going to the team before going to the sponsor. We work through what that looks like in practice so the right answer starts to feel obvious.
We take the domain costing you the most points and work it together. That is usually agile and hybrid delivery, or the business environment questions people skim past. You talk through your reasoning out loud and I show you where it breaks.
The last session is about proving you are ready and walking in calm. We review your final mock results, set your pacing plan, and go through exactly what test day looks like so nothing catches you off guard.
You must purchase PMI Study Hall directly from PMI. It is not included in the coaching price. Study Hall is where your practice exams and question bank live, and our sessions are built around reviewing those results together. Without it, I have nothing to diagnose. You can buy it at pmi.org.
If you are enrolled in PMP60, coaching works as an add-on to the course rather than a replacement for it.
Your coach led complex enterprise programs across healthcare, financial services, construction, and technology. This isn't theory. It's practice.
PMP, SAFe, LPM, SAIPM-CP, CPMAI, PMO-CP, PMI-CP. The credential stack reflects a commitment to the craft, not just the classroom.
Selected by PMI to evaluate the world's top PMOs. That perspective informs how coaching prepares you for what organizations actually look for in PM leaders.
This is not a group webinar with 200 people. Coaching is one-on-one or small group, tailored to your situation, with accountability baked in.
Sessions work around your calendar. No rigid cohort schedule required. Coaching fits into your life, not the other way around.
PMP pass rates. Promotions earned. Roles landed. Confidence built. Coaching is an investment, and you should see the return.
Every coaching engagement starts with a conversation. Tell us where you are and where you want to go. We'll meet you there.
