We deliver certification training, coaching, and corporate enablement for project professionals and the organizations that depend on them. Our programs cover PMP certification, AI project management, and PMO leadership.

We were built to fill the gaps the existing certification ecosystem left open, and we design every program around the work practitioners are actually being asked to do.

01 Who We Are

A training partner built by practitioners, for practitioners.

PPM University exists because too many capable professionals get passed over for leadership roles when the credentials available to them do not reflect the work they are already doing. We saw that gap from inside enterprise delivery, and we built a university to close it.

We are a PMI Authorized Training Partner, which means our PMP program is authorized to satisfy the 35 contact hours requirement. We are also a Planview partner, delivering implementation and enablement services for organizations standing up or scaling portfolio management capability.

Beyond the authorized programs, we develop our own. The ALIGN360-AI Framework is our proprietary six-phase, four-enabler methodology for the project leader's role in AI delivery. It is the foundation of the SAIPM-CP certification and the spine of our corporate advisory work.

Xavier Billingsley

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Xavier spent two decades inside enterprise delivery, most recently as an Associate Principal Program Manager, leading complex programs across healthcare IT, software implementation, construction, and enterprise transformation.

She founded PPM University after watching capable practitioners get held back by credentials that did not reflect their work. She created the ALIGN360-AI Framework, serves as a PMI PMO of the Year Award Judge, and is a United States Army veteran.

She leads the company and teaches in the classroom. Every program carries the same standard she held in enterprise delivery.

PPM University was not built to compete with the existing certification ecosystem. It was built to fill the gaps. The PMP teaches you to manage projects. Nothing taught you to govern AI delivery or how to manage projects with a strategic lens. Those gaps cost talented professionals opportunities every day.

We are especially committed to practitioners who face credential barriers on the way to leadership, including veterans and professionals from underrepresented backgrounds. The work is already being done. The credential should reflect it.
